Code of Ethics

The NSCP Board of Directors, at a Special Meeting of the Board on September 7, 2007, approved for release to the NSCP Membership its Final Code of Ethics for the Compliance Professional. The Code is available here:

While the entire Board was involved in putting the finishing touches on the document, the "lion's share" of the many months of work must be credited, first, to David Lui of FAF Advisors, who spearheaded this NSCP initiative, and a core group of current and former members of NSCP's Board, specifically, Michelle Jacko of Core Compliance & Legal Services, Inc., Richard Marshall of Ropes & Gray LLP, Tim Parker of Matthews International Capital Management, LLC and Tim Simons of Ashland Partners & Company LLP.
