NSCP Regional Meetings
The 6 NSCP Regional Membership Meetings are a superb way for you to reach over 750 compliance professionals throughout the year and continue to keep your firm “top of mind” after the 2012 National Membership Meeting. The sponsorship options include:
Standard Meeting Sponsorship:
- $1,500 per Meeting and Lab or $6,000 for all six meetings and 5 Labs (no Lab in Toronto)
- Sponsorship signage and one piece of collateral at the Registration desk
- Listed on the inside cover of the meetings materials
- One meeting attendee for each meeting & each lab-No press or regulators; If you do not have a firm representative in a regional city, you may give your free pass to a client.
- Company link placed on ourmeetings website
- Acknowledgment from the podium of sponsors
- Banner ad and listing on NSCP 2013 Regional Meeting app; each meeting has it's own proproetary app.

Sponsorship Opportunities for the NSCP 2013 National Meeting
October 21 - 23, Washington Hilton, Washington, DC
$7,500 Reusable Water bottle with your logo. A Water Bottle will be distributed to each attendee with their tote bag. With this sponsorship you will receive two free attendee passes.
$2,500 “Please Speak Up” Placards with your logo on the back. Every attendee receives one in their Welcome Packet. “Please Speak Up” on one side and your logo
on the back of this 8 ½ x 11 placard. Used during the sessions, your logo is displayed throughout the meeting. With this sponsorship you will receive one free attendee pass.
$2,500 Co-Sponsor Tuesday Reception
This one hour event is on the second night of the conference. Your prominent signage will be displayed throughout this informal networking event among the industry’s top executives. With this sponsorship, you will receive 1 free attendee pass.
$2,500 Freestanding Sign
A large 6 feet tall x 3 feet wide sign set up at a strategic, high-traffic location for the duration of the meeting.
$750 Sponsor Marketing Piece
Your publication or your firm's promotional material may be displayed on the Sponsor Table (one marketing piece per sponsor).
NSCP National Meeting Sponsorship provides an excellent opportunity to keep you in front of your customers and prospects. The Sponsorship Program provides your firm with pre-conference advertising, extensive signage and exposure during the conference.
The NSCP National Membership Meeting sponsorship package includes:
1. The meeting attendee list (without email addresses) sent to you before and after the meeting. Please note that each list is one time usage only.
2. A banner ad on our app.
NSCP's Appreciation in the form of:
1. Your logo on NSCP's website linking our website to yours;
2. A listing as a sponsor in our app, which includes a hyperlink to your website;
3. A similar list on a registration area sign, posted for the duration of the meeting;
4. A sponsor table where your firm's promotional material may be displayed (one marketing piece per sponsor)
