NSCP Membership Transfer

Changing firms and need to update your contact information?
Someone left your firm and you need to reassign their membership?
Simply download this form and either fax it to us (860.672.3005) or e-mail Sarah Bowman.

All memberships are individual (to preserve the viability of the Consultation Benefit), and run one calendar year from join date. If an NSCP member left your firm, you may resume their NSCP membership without cost for the remainder of that one calendar year.
