Brad is the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Incapital Holdings LLC and its operating subsidiaries and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Brad devotes much of his time to InspereX LLC (“InspereX”), a registered broker-dealer and fintech company. InspereX a) is engaged in institutional sales and trading of agency securities, municipal debt securities, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), corporate notes, agencies and mortgage-backed securities, b) sponsors an electronic fixed income information aggregation platform (BondNav®), and c) is one of the largest wholesale distributors of new issue structured notes and CDs.
Prior to joining InspereX, Brad was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mesirow Financial. He has held senior level legal and compliance roles at other financial services firms, was in private practice at a Miami-based law firm and served as an Enforcement Branch Chief with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Brad received his BA Degree at Cornell University, his JD Degree at the University of Miami and his MBA Degree at the University of Chicago Booth Graduate Business School.
