Jeremy McCamic

Jeremy McCamic joined Fairview in 2020 and currently serves as Director of Policy Management. In this role, he oversees a team responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients as they navigate those changes. This work includes writing policies and procedures for use in compliance manuals and developing internal and external training on new regulations and best practices. As a relationship manager he worked closely with registered investment advisers to provide full compliance administration support including annual reviews, compliance testing and monitoring, compliance trainings, regulatory filings for state and SEC registered investment advisers, including managers of private pooled vehicles. Jeremy makes public appearances and regularly publishes articles to present current compliance topics. He has been invited to speak at the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP) annual conference and at the Investment Advisers Association conference in Washington DC among other events. Jeremy is a member of the NSCP, and he serves as Co-Chair of the NSCP Publications Committee. He is a licensed attorney and member of the North Carolina State Bar Association since 2015. Prior to his career in compliance, he practiced trust and estate law in North Carolina.
