Kelly Zigaitis

Kelly Zigaitis is a financial services and fintech executive with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of law, compliance, technology, and business leadership. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Greenlight Financial Technology, where she leads legal and compliance functions for the financial technology company.

Kelly's career has taken her through some of the most significant transformations in the financial services industry. After beginning her career as an attorney, she moved into financial services and quickly discovered that her legal background could be used not only to manage risk, but also to help businesses grow, innovate, and navigate change. Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles at Scottrade, TD Ameritrade, Wells Fargo, Robinhood, and Greenlight.

At Scottrade, Kelly helped build and lead the firm's compliance organization during a period of significant growth and ultimately through its acquisition by TD Ameritrade. At TD Ameritrade and Wells Fargo, she led large teams and held increasingly broad responsibilities across compliance, supervision, controls, and risk management. She later joined Robinhood as Chief Compliance Officer for Robinhood Securities, helping the rapidly growing fintech strengthen its regulatory and compliance infrastructure. Today at Greenlight, she brings together her legal and compliance experience to help the company scale responsibly while continuing to innovate.
