Mark Carberry

Mark Carberry is Executive Director, Compliance, in JP Morgan's Global Private Bank, located in Chicago. Mark leads the nationwide US PB Regional Compliance Officer Group, the US PB Operational Risk team, the Global Asset and Wealth Management Privacy Governance function, and Compliance AI review function for the US. Mark formerly was a partner at Neal Gerber Eisenberg LLC in its securities litigation and enforcement practice group. Mark was also Deputy General Counsel with UBS Wealth Management, and Counsel to its Private Wealth Management business group.
