Maurizio Tallini, Certified Public Account

Mr. Tallini has served as Chief Compliance Officer of Domini Impact Investments LLC and the Domini family of 40 Act mutual funds since 2005. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering Domini’s enterprise-wide compliance program, including the compliance policies and procedures of the Domini Funds, pursuant to Rule 206(4)-7 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and Rule 38a-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Before joining Domini, Mr. Tallini served as Venture Capital Controller at Rho Capital Partners and as a Manager in the Investment Management Audit Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Hofstra University.
