Olga Fuzaylova

Olga Fuzaylova is the Director of Conduct and Culture Risk for the US Region at CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce), a role she has held since July 2023. In this capacity, Olga leads the preparation of management reports on culture and conduct risk, partnering closely with colleagues across the Risk division to strengthen CIBC’s compliance framework.
Prior to joining CIBC, Olga served for seven years as a Compliance Manager at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers LLC, where she developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance. Her background also includes experience in marketing and investor relations at Owl Creek Asset Management L.P. and Fore Research & Management LLC.
Olga holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Queens College, City University of New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Voronezh State University in Russia. She has several FINRA series licenses, including Series 7, 24, 82, and 63, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development and regulatory excellence.
Outside of work, Olga is passionate about exploring new cultures through travel and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of compliance professionals as part of the Emerging Leaders Forum at NSCP. She is a lifelong learner, always seeking new opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills.
