NSCP Submits Proposal for an SEC Compliance Advisory Committee

On August 21, NSCP submitted a proposal to SEC Chair Paul Atkins for an SEC Compliance Advisory Committee. NSCP's cover letter describes the value of the committee to the SEC and to financial services compliance professionals, while the proposal outlines the framework for the committee.
We would like to thank the Financial Services Institute, the Investment Adviser Association, and the Insured Retirement Institute for their support of the proposal.
