NSCP Submits Input Letter to the SEC Crypto Task Force

On September 8th, NSCP submitted an input letter to the SEC Crypto Task Force. The input letter focused on three areas, (1) the classification of digital assets as securities or commodities, (2) safekeeping of digital assets, and (3) coordination with the CFTC and other regulators.
