Qualifications
- Professional experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, or related financial services roles
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant subject matter areas such as Broker-Dealer, Investment Adviser, Investment Company, Municipal Advisor, Private Fund, or Hedge Fund compliance
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance
- Familiarity with securities regulations and compliance frameworks
- Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and NSCP’s mission

- Time commitment varies depending on article scope and topic complexity
- Typical article development requires approximately 3-5 hours, including research, writing, and revisions
